It seems to be like deep caries. Do you have pain, sensitivity, food lodgement or pain on chewing in that area? Visit nearby dentist for clinical examination and x ray.

Hi It seems you are having caries in pits and fissure of first and second molar..you need to take x ray of the concerned teeth to check for extent of the cavity......if it is confined to enamel and Dentine layer of the teeth then simple tooth coloured filling can be done...if the caries reaches pulp (nerve layer) then you need to go for root canal treatment only.. However the treatment option should be concluded after the clinical and radiological examination of the concerned teeth

We just need to check with probe for catch of caries or if it's pit and fissure caries could undergo a fissurotomy
