What if CMV IgG is positive,
Can someone tell me, how did I get this? Is something to worry about, I recently miscarried on 28th June, was this was the reason?

IgG is past infection and not a recent infection so your abortion which was very recent is not due to CMV

Did you ever take care of kindergarten kids or petted cats then that is the source

But it won’t affect this pregnancy or future because now you are immune
Only avoid cats when you are pregnant
