By seeing this report suggestive delayed follicular growth.. You need proper support of  medicine postovulatory.. Keep relation, if you menses within a week.. It suggest hormonal imbalance and meet fertility specialist

In second scan good size follicle is there.Make relationship with partner.

In the second report there is a dominant follicle which are the good size follicle so if you are planning to conceive you should have sex as advised by doctor
