Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am 34 year female. I stayed in USA for 27 years. Now last month I have visited India to stay for 2-3 months. I am not able to adjust to India's temperature. I have got heat rashes all over my body. Please tell me what itches treatment of heat rashes?
