Hi, these look like stains. Visit a dentist nearby and get this removed by scaling. Also you have plaque and calculus deposited in your lower teeth. Better to get full mouth scaling and polishing to maintain proper oral hygiene. Also brush twice daily with regular flossing and mouthwash. Take care.
