Retro orbital pain or pain behind the back of eyes. Along with fever, joint pain can be attributed to dengue fever or any exanthemataous fever (fever with rashes).
If the fever is more than 3 days duration, test for blood routine or complete blood count to look for platelet count.
If the fever is more than 5 days, look for the dengue NS1 blood test,dengue Igm test.
The diarrhoea and vomting can be due to gastroenterititis.
