Imaging is suggestive of gall bladder cancer which is slightly advanced and causing obstructive jaundice. Need to do FNAC to confirm the malignancy. Also we need to see the images and see for operability. If operable surgery is only possible way to cure. If inoperable then we may need to proceed with stenting and then palliative chemotherapy.
Next Steps
Meet surgical oncologist to look for operability and to get FNAC done. If they feel it is not operable, then meet medical gastroenterologist for stenting. If in Bangalore, do visit Vydehi cancer centre
