Hii.you can  quit smoking with medicines and your will power. You can take tabacum 30 ,4-5 pills twice a day for 7 days. But there are other medicines which can be given after taking your case in detail.

Hello, To quit smoking you can start with Nicotex Gum. If you smoke 25 or more cigarettes per day, start with 4mg Nicotex Gum. Else go for 2mg Nicotex Gum, for lessor than 25 cigarettes. For 1st week to 6th week: 1gum every 2hrly. Chew 9 gums per day Between 7th to 9th week: 1 gum every 4hrly. Between 10th to 12th week: 1 gum every 6hrly.
