What is the treatment for dark circles under eyes removal
I am a 38 year old male. I have this very bad dark circle under eyes. I have tried many creams which have not helped me much. What treatments are available for removal of this dark circles? I have heard about some laser and chemical peels for removal of dark circles. Are they worth?

Hi, though darks circle causes pigmentation. The main cause on most of the time are depression of soft tissue around eyes giving an appearance of hills and valleys.
The more dark look is caused shadows of this hills into depression.
Which is a sign of orbital fat volume loss.
Treatment includes non surgical single or on combination,eg fat grafting, fillers,peels ,laser.
Surgical options is Blephroplasty with fat repositioning.
Be careful about laser, near eye is a sensitive area.
