My nose is bend to left and this is what it looks like from outside the left side bone is very noticeable ,I don't have any breathing issue or blocked nose

You seem to be having caudal dislocation of nasal septum which is visible in the photo you have attached. No treatment is required if it is asymptomatic. If you are bothered about cosmesis then surgery can correct this problem
