What is treatment for sleeping sickness
I am 39 year old lady. I am working in computer education centre from last 3 years. I am always in fromt of computer which makes my eyes very heavy and dry. Also I am having sleeping sickness since a very long time. Can you tell me what is the treatment of sleeping sickness?

Sleep disturbance is caused by excessive exposure to artificial light, in your case, computer monitors.
Dryness of the eye is because of less frequent blinking caused subconsciously while working in system

Have a warm shower before bed time.
Avoid coffee/tea after 4 pm
Have dinner 3 hrs before bed time
Take like warm milk with banana just before bed time
Avoid sleeping pills over-the-counter
Allow sunlight onto your work station if possible
Refresh tears eye drops - 1 drop once in two hours during day time in both eyes

Do not call it sleeping sickness. Sleeping sickness is a different disease that is caused by a worm in Africa. It is called trypanosomiasis
