What is treatment of mouth ulcer in child
My child is just 6 year old girl. She is a very fussy eater. I still forcefully give her food. But what I have noticed that every month she will get mouth ulcers. I cannot see her in pain. What can be given to her to treat these ulcers? I have heard homoeopathy is safe for children. does it have treatment for ulcers?
