Recently I have facing some problems
1. Neck and shoulder pain.
2. Dizziness, discomfortable in head, pain in back side of head.
For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray.
All the complain I have facing from near about 20 days. I took muscle relaxants and vertin 8 mg for 10 days, but improvement is seen .

Agree with my colleagues.
But usually vertigo is not caused due to cervical issues.
Maintain proper posture while sleeping and working.
Hydration and relaxation exercises.
No neck manipulation.

Your age is 20 years. Despite low incidence, you should still undergo MRI as advised by my colleagues as the symptoms you mention are distressing enough.
Maintainence of neck posture along with isometric exercises, once neck pain subsides, is recommended.
