From last 2 days I m suffering pain in my left arm and having trouble breathing at night then nxt day normal than on second day was having pain shoulders and both hands nd breathing difficulty at night m not able to sleep a sound sleepand also light dizziness some time plz suggest atlest what's happening ..

Hi, your symptoms may be due to anxiety and gastritis. Avoid spicy and oily foods, daily walking for 30 minutes and yoga will help. If symptoms persists consult with doctor and take ecg as baseline investigation.
