What to do with plates and screw
I have three plates and screw in my body, should i go for another surgery to get them out?

You can opt for implants removal after minimum 1 year of surgery.
Implants may cause inflammation or poreign body feeling especially if they are in subcutaneous planes. This is more common with steel implants.

No.. not really... Plates aren't removed unless they cause irritation and problem.. it's safe to be left aside forever
