What to eat to make my skin more clear?
I've had an appointment with the doctor but I don't particularly know that what should I eat to make my skin more clear and remove spots from my skin. Which type of food should I consume for a better and clear skin? Please specify the fruits and vegetables that I should eat. I am already using the skin care products and medicines which have been prescripted to me which is showing results slowly but I also wanted to know that what should I eat to fasten up the process..
