When i read a book then i can't remember
Please suggest when I read a book then I can't grab immediately . When I learn things then I do so easily . What is the reason that the mind can't memories the things what I see or listen once for long time . My learning skill is good but when I read books i can't understand immediately what to do ?

You maybe preoccupied with some other thoughts or maybe you are not interested in what you are reading. Also the topic may not be challenging enough for you. Read what interests you or challenges you. If this doesn't help them see a counsellor who can guide further.
