When I rotate my neck left side filling pain. Pain is filling approx two month. Please tell me what is the cause

Pain since 2 months in neck… this should be something to worry about… is it radiating to your upper limb ? Is this associated with vertigo? Do u feel any numbness in your hands or fingers?

Pain while rotation of necknmay be related to some muscular or bony cause. Since it is there since so many days, tou should get investigated to find the reason for the pain..
