When should I take upt after finishing d
Hi I've been trying to conceive since 1 year.recently my doctor advised me letrozole for 5 days twice a day and hcg injectiin then duphaston for 14th day..today's is 3rd day I stopped duphaston but no periods yet and no pregnancy positive..just got very low lower back pain and breast pain some time....

Wait for 1 week and then repeat a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.
However you ll also need to do serial hcg titres to be sure that you are pregnant.
