When to break home isolation
I had COVID and today is 14th day. My condition is good for last 7-8 days with no fever and I am not on medication. Only slight dry cough but very less. I feel very normal now. When can I come out of home isolation? Please note that there is no good facility to get tested in my village

You should take cough syrup twise in a day with tab Zink sulfate ones in a day and wear mask proper way and u come out from isolation if u not fever in last 10days with proper precautions of covid guide line

measures  oxygen saturation level for next 5-7 days and take Citrus fruit like avala and steam two times in a day
