When to show newborn baby in sunlight
We have a 7 weeks old boy baby. Till now we didn't shown him in the direct sunlight. From which month, we can show in the sunlight for Vitamin D? and between what time?

Sun exposure to be given in early morning 6 to 8 am and not to be given in evening Can be started from birth

Can start from birth; morning between 8 to 10 am and evening 4 to 6 pm .

It should be given from birth But if u have given then also no problem Nothing bad will happen with ur baby Just continue to give  vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day for 1yr
