Can anyone tell me where can i get fitness certificate so that i can apply for e-pass and then go home. Help me please.

Hi
You can get fitness certificate after physical examination
This will involve
-Checking your body temperature ( if normal )
- History of Flu like symptoms ( if not present)
After that you can be given documented fitness certificate by a Registered Medical Practitioner
