Do a Bhcg blood pregnancy test...it's hundred percent accurate for detecting pregnancy...
If positive then u r pregnant...otherwise u need medicines to induce periods..

Ur urine pregnancy test is negative.. Means u r not pregnant..
If u r not sure then do serum b HCG levels..
If it is also negative then it's confirm..
