Which dialysis is more safe?
My aunt, both kidneys were damaged due to prolonged high level of creatinine. Currently she is on haemodialysis. But Nephrologist have suggested that she might continue with haemodialysis or can switch to peritoneal dialysis.( Also the nephrologist said renal transplant has to be done sooner or later). I just wanted to know which dialysis is more on the safer side in terms of safety and comfort.

1) kidney is not damaged due to raised creatinine, but creatinine raises when kidney fails. 2) Haemodialysis will more safer in her case for long term. Till she will be ready for renal transplantation. 3) please have faith in treating doctor and follow his advices. Best wishes from my side.
