Hi, My daughter is 2.6 year old she like so much eating fish, till now we are buying fish less bone fish, I don't know where this fish are good for her health ? Can you please let me know which fish is good for her ??  what type of fish we should feed her?? weekly how many time we should feed ??

All fish are good. As for your daughter choose large size fish so that they have big/less bones. One good choice is Basa
