Most of the times it is the insecticides on the fruit that cause the colds and runny nose!
As for specific fruits, only a proper Allergy Skin Prick Tests will tell if you are Allergic to anything, as it depends upon what your individual immune system has got sensitised or not!

If you feel your sinuses get overactive when you use a particular food or drink, try using an organically grown fruit instead. Try a warm variant of the juice instead. If the problem still persists, come down and get an Allergy Skin Prick Test done to confirm and we will proceed after the results.
