Covishield is a vaccine made of proteins of virus. As a result it loses efficiency when a different strain comes as have happened in the second wave. In contrast covaxin is a whole virus attenuated. So it may be more efficacious in future strains . All of these are debatable as there is very low amount of data and time recieved. Either of which is good but in recent days, covaxin is being preferred.

You can go with vaccination.
Any of the two vaccine will do as both of them are equally efficacious.
Getting vaccinated is prime of importance.
