White and red round scars on left hand.
I have a white scars on my left hand below my thumb and so much notchy also.
Till I am using a Propygenta NF cream.but could not give a good result yet.
Please give me proper advise to solve this so I am thankful to you.

It could be due to psoriaisis or eczema. I can't be sure until I examine you. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Don't apply soap over that area and please don't self treat.
