White blister in my throat for 7 days

I have a blister in my throat and it's white in color. I did go to an ENT doctor who gave me some antibiotics. I smoke and I am really worried. Please help.

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then no treatment other than antiseptic mouth gargle is required
