White bumps on penis head
I have just got this weird white cluster on the head of my penis and under the foreskin. There seems to be no itching or irritation an this cannot be rubbed off while showering. Also, I have realised that I get small lumps under my skin exactly where the thighs start near the testicular sack. These have been coming and going for months now and hurt when touched.
Can someone please help !
