White creamy discharge near pee hole
I am having creamy discharge near vulva! And also watery sticky discharge after utination ! No itching and no smell! What can be the reason?

White curd like discharge can be vaginal candidiasis
Initially there is no itching but as fungal starts irritating the skin itching starts
It is common in rainy days and monsoon

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days
Cansoft CL vaginum pessary for 6 nights at bedtime

Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning vagina and vulva twice a day
Use partner treatment with same medication and barrier contraception like condom for 3 months
