Take Tablet Levocetrizine twice a day for 5 days

Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning outside vulva twice a day

Take partner treatment with same medication if applicable
Drink plenty of water and buttermilk and curds
