My gastro suggest becosules twice and gemsoline which contain zinc 7.5. If take keraboost TABLET it also contain zinc 25mg and other same vitamin.
(1)Is higher zinc will not show any side effect.zinc will be 32.5 mg. I don't know daily dose to take.
(2)tell me also TABLET name which contain only zinc sulphate monohydrate salt.arround 20mg or daily limit.
