I am suffering from white hair problem from last 3 years and now beard also showing white hair from last 1 month so please suggest a treatment

Greying of hair is genetically acquired and hence the treatment is not effective. However you can try melitane 5% spray at bedtime for 5 - 7 months with calcium pantothenate tabs orally once a day.
