White hairs
I have around 60 % white hairs ,and recent ly my beard has also some 9 white hairs.
How to control it , I have athletic built , and no cough or cold or any other allergies.
Hairs started turning white 4 years ago and they are now more than 50 %.
Please let me know whatever is the best possible solution .

Second is it's a normal tendency in some individuals to have the grey hair starting early in their life.
