White patch on penis
Hi, i have been noticing some white substance under the layer of my penis. When i wash it, it goes out and after couple of days again it appears, the entire under area has became full of white patches n this white substance..
Ps: i am diabetic and these days my sugar level is on little higher side, fasting its coming 180

It's a normal secretion from penile skin...called smegma...clean ur penis daily with soap and water...maintain good local hygiene...
