White Patch on Tongue
Hello, I am having a white patch on my tongue from past 1.5years. The patch has been increasing gradually but it is harmless or painless. I used to smoke for 4-5months but now I have completely stopped. Till now I have consulted and visited a few doctors but I have not been diagnosed with anything. Can anyone please guide how can I know if it is cancerous or it may be a denture issue. I am really worried now. I am attaching the image of the white patch Thanks in Advance

This picture is not enough to diagnose the lesion as cancerous or not. Are you experiencing any other symptoms? Like burning sensation every time you eat anything, or reduced mouth opening, or pain or any drastic weight loss history? This apart, since you said it is growing in size, it is better that you get a biopsy done and get a confirmed diagnosis.
Next Steps
Get a biopsy done for a confirmed diagnosis.
