White patch on touge
I was having white patch on both the side of tounge one side its totally gone but another side its still there ,i will attach the pics ,i use to smoke ,drink and some time chew guthka.I am worried what exactly it is .please help me doctor.

Suspected Leukoplakia.
STOP ALL FORMS OF TOBACCO.
- Dulimas forte ointment .
- Tab Oxitard
1 tab od x 15 days .
It will take time to heal please be patient . If you quit all form of tobacco it will be healed ,but if not wont it might get worse.

Quit habit of smoking and eating guthka..consult your dentist nearby and get biopsy done .it seems to be leukoplakia patch..it can get resolve if proper precautions are taken.

Considering that u have taken all the treatment in the past ( kenacort gel,tab.SM fibro,vit.A etc.) Now if u have a burning sensation and unable to eat anything spicy ,kindly visit ur nearby oral surgeon and get the Biopsy done
