I was having white patch on both the side of tounge one side its totally gone but another side its still there ,i will attach the pics ,i use to smoke ,drink and some time chew guthka.I am worried what exactly it is .please help me doctor.

Suspected Leukoplakia.
STOP ALL FORMS OF TOBACCO.
- Dulimas forte ointment .
- Tab Oxitard
1 tab od x 15 days .
It will take time to heal please be patient . If you quit all form of tobacco it will be healed ,but if not wont it might get worse.
