I have been suffering with mouth alser, now it got worse some white patches came over my tongue. Unable to eat anything.

Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. You can apply it many times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add a vitamin bcomplex to your diet . Ulcers take 5-10 days to resolve. If it does not heal after that, consult a doctor
