have oral lichen planus which does not cause any irritations nor burning firstly there was only pigmentation but not increased to OLP plz help me in complete cure with a good diet plan
if there are any tests to diagonise OLP plz prescribe Other than Biopsy

Oral lichen planus in many people does not cause any symptoms. There is no need to worry.
One of the main causes of OLP is stress. So do relax, you could do some meditation or yoga and so on.
Biopsy provides best diagnosis. But if you have only pigmentation and mild changes, and are not willing for biopsy, pl be under a regular follow up with an oral medicine specialist.
Next Steps
Diet by itself will not have an effect on OLP. You can consume a good balanced diet with fresh fruits and greens.
If you have any adverse habits such as smoking or chewing tobacco, stop immediately.

Firstly don't panic. There are various reason for this condition. Kindly visit a dentist near u ( preferably a MDS in oral medicine) to assist you better on this.
Nothing can be advised without a clinical examination.
However take care of the hygiene. Avoid hot n spicy food. Luke warm salt water rinses 3-5 times a day will help. If u have habits like smoking, chewing tobacco etc quit immediately.
BIOPSY is the best diagnostic test. Go for it
