White patches on face
My 11 month old baby is getting white patches all around his mouth area.. Its been 2 months and there not much difference. What to do

Most of the times it's pitriasis Alba but as u posted the pic it could be vitiligo

It can a benign condition like pityriasis alba. Which will settle by itself. If no itching or redness and not spreading wide off.. you can wait.. if worried a dermatologist consultation is worthwhile.
