White patches on skin
I had white patches on legs since the age of 4. they were spreading in the beginning but now are stable from last 20 yrs. Few patches are repigmented as well without any treatment. Now as am 24 I am concerned is it stable vitiligo or any other thing? Can you please let me know what they are and what should I do if it is vitiligo because I dint get a single new patch in last 20 yrs?

It is vitiligo. You can go for phototherapy or skin grafting surgery.
