White spot spreading

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi..I m having vitiligo and getting treatment from last 6-7 months but I don't see any improvment. My spots are spreading. I m having below medicines. Patchex tab Villo capsule Vitix gel. Please advise if I need to change my medicines or need to follow something else...
