White thing in ear
I have been learning swimming from about 10 days now. I use ear plugs when I water and today I observed a white layer in the ear. Its not a secretion that is dripping out. But stuck there. I tend to take out the plugs sometimes when I'm in water, and I see white particles stuck on it. Attaching a photo that shows what the white lining looks like. Is it skin coming out due to wear and tear? Or something else? There is no pain as such around it.

It looks like a layer of skin that usually comes out of the ear canal. If you have any pain then visit an ENT for cleaning the ears. Your swimming ear plugs might be pushing the layer of skin inside when you where them. Nothing to worry.
