Whitish substance like inside ear
I have chronic ear pain with whitish substance inside ear while cleaning with buds and also there is low hearing in one ear. Sometimes it's itchy.

Hello,
If the ear substance is hard, it can be impacted wax or else can be fungal infection.In either case,it needs to be cleared for proper healing and relief from pain.
