I m 22 year old having wholebody pain which aggravates before menses.taken vitaminD,alca ine phosphate, CBC ,and RF normal what may be the cause

Whole body pains in young females can be due to : 1. Fibromyalgia: This is characterized by generalised body pains with poor sleep and easy fatiguability. This condition is diagnosed clinically and responds well to treatment. 2. Deficiency of Vitamin D or hypothyroidism: These can be diagnosed by blood test for thyroid hormone and vitamin D. 3. Drug therapies like Statins, Cancer drugs can cause whole body pains.4. Arthritis conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, etc  can also cause body pains. This can be diagnosed by blood tests and clinical examination. There are many other causes like neurological diseases, myopathies, infections, depression.
