Why am I not getting pregnant
Hello doctor, I have normal menstrual cycle of 26-28 days and also I am ovulation timely on my own. Also I don't have any abnormal thing like, thyroid, PCOS, etc. we are trying to conceive since last three years and have gone through 6failed iui cycles with different medications each time like Clomid, Gonal f, letrozol . Once naturally I got pregnant 18 months back but that ended up in miscarriage on 11 week as the foetus heat stopped inside. I am frustrated now and also desperately need my baby. Can you please tell me the reason for back to back failure. I have also done histosalpinogram for my tubes opening check and that comes normal too. Please help me out.
