Why anal fissure reoccur again
Recently from 3 month i have been suffering from anal fissure and from past 1 month i have been taking medication like applying Smuth ointment after sitz bath and taking cremaffin plus after supper .almost 90% of the tear has been healed and today very small stool passed hard and tear occurred again in direct direction at same poaition6'0 clock previously same happened like this it reocure again at different direction at same position why it is happening like that plz help Iam so much worried about this.plz help me
