Why are my nipples hard and sore
I am 23 years old girl. My cycles are very regular and I am expecting it after 2 days. But since morning today I having this very unusual symptom that my nipples are too hard and very painful. They are very sore. Whenever I bend down while doing exercise it hurts the most. What is the reason behind this hard and sore nipples?

You are having pre menstrual syndrome.Donot take much fluid before period.Tea and coffee also you have to reduce one week before menstruation.Do exercise and work out.
