Why is kid vomiting after eating

My nephew is 3 year old. He gets very cranky while eating food. He vomits as he eats. He knows that he will get vomiting after eating food so he eats very less. His growth is very less due to less eating. What is the treatment for it.?

If it's a recent development,plz consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment. If since very long,just alter the diet plan,give just 2 milk feeds and 3-4 solid meals a day. Ensure fixed meal timings.
